Process was good throughout. The communication was good from the time we ordered until the install gave good updates to keep me informed. Install was very professional and quick with only 1 person doing it only took about 5 hours to complete with very little intrusion on me as I work from home. Price was around the same as the big companies but wanted to help a women owned local business. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend to anybody looking for a custom closet.
